HP & INKJET DIGITAL
Royston have invested in two complimentary digital technologies to ensure we can service all client requirements.
1. HP Indigo has the widest colour gamut using CMYK, Green, Orange & Violet + Opaque White.
2. Inkjet offers up to 5 colours and is the perfect process for high quality on clear and white synthetic substrates.
Both technologies allow brands to use variable data and run multiple designs during one production run.
HIGH EMBELLISHMENT FINISHING
All digitally printed media requires conversion through our digicon finishing lines.
These lines bring the label to life, embellishing with flexo inks, silk screen, hot foil, emboss, cold foil, peel & read booklet construction, lamination, die cutting and varnish.
FLEXO COMBINATION TECHNOLOGY
Royston Labels run Nilpeter FA4 presses ranging from 8 to 12 colour with 5 interchangeable silk screen units. These machines have in-line hot foil, embossing, cold foil, lamination, peel & read booklet construction, sheeting.
FULL DIGITAL INSPECTION
Royston Labels ensure impeccable quality by duplicating digital inspection at the rewind stage of the process. This allows us to remove any defects prior to customer delivery.
