Royston is one of the few label printers which has an in-house studio. This allows for a quick turn around on proofs, image retouching and full repro capabilities. Cloud based proofing which avoids customer specific software.
On-site plate & screen making gives Royston complete control of all aspects of the production cycle. This allows for reactive on press amends and reduced down time.
Colour matching is all co-ordinated off-line using a flexiproofer and UV dryers. Pantone digital library is used for Pantone colour matching to a tolerance of <2 Delta E. Colour drawdowns are available on request.
