Flexography

Premium flexographic printing that promises affordability and versatility

Flexography is a printing process which utilises a flexible relief plate, adhered to a printing cylinder or printing sleeve. It can be used for printing on almost any type of substrate including plastic, metallic films, cellophane and paper.

Flexography is a direct printing method in that the inked plate applies ink directly to the substrate. An inked anilox roller applies ink to the raised portion of the plate, which is then transferred to the material. The cells on the anilox roller carry a specific amount of ink to the plate; the number of cells per linear inch will vary according to the type of label and the quality required.

We have invested in high-quality flexographic equipment that can run comfortably in combination with rotary screen, and we always ensure that the correct component parts are utilised. Our skilled print team is confident that they can match the quality of offset lithographic printing using this process.
