Paul Clayton

Managing Director

Paul Clayton is Managing Director of Royston Labels. With 30 years of experience and industry knowledge under his belt, he is able to support the business and its customers, and inspire his team of 70 employees to deliver their very best.

Paul attended college in Cambridge and made the decision to enter into a printing apprenticeship at a young age; he quickly discovered that, in such a progressive and fast-moving industry, there’s something new to learn every single day.

A driven and focused individual, Paul is a person whose ambitious and tenacious nature has helped to build the Royston brand, establishing it as a leading name in the label printing industry. His passion for labels and his creative approach have helped brands from around the world achieve the stunning results from their packaging.

Don Waring

Head of Sales

Don Waring is our Head of Sales, with responsibility for new business, key accounts, and the account management team. He joins Royston with extensive experience of selling intofast paced B2B print environments. Don is a passionate leader with a proven record of success in bringing together sales, customer services and operational functions to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Glyn Scriven

Head of Sales (Drinks Division)

Glyn Scriven as is our Head of Sales (Drinks Division). Joining the team in 2020, he is responsible for the strategic leadership of the sales team which manage Beer, Wine and Spirits producers in the UK and all their labelling production. Glyn leads the overall growth strategy in this market; helping Royston to welcome new clients and maintain the great relationships with our existing drinks base.

Glyn has extensive sales and marketing experience within paper and packaging manufacturers. In recent years his work has focussed on providing labels and closures to the UK Drinks Market, where he has built a strong reputation for delivery and service.

Adam Golding

Head of Production

Adam looks after all production at Royston Labels including all digital, print presses, finishing and ink tech. He joined us with 30 years manufacturing and engineering experience in the live entertainment industry with the right transferrable skills to manage a large production facility that works on tight deadlines and consistently delivers high quality. Adam has a reputation for ‘challenging the norm’ and is highly skilled at managing people and processes.

Lucia Coladangelo

Head of Account Management

Lucia is Head of Account Management Team at Royston Labels and is responsible for overseeing all client projects and briefs. Lucia is a committed and driven employee, who makes customer satisfaction her ultimate focus. Her passion and attention to detail ensures that our clients always receive a value-added service.

Lucia leads the account management team to ensure that high levels of service are maintained, standards of production are met, and the Royston customer base are ultimately happy with their label projects.
