Royston Labels’ latest innovation is a new label for toiletries brand Bulldog which will be among its Packaging Innovations London 2017 exhibits.
The team behind Bulldog toiletries approached Royston for their latest project: an eye-catching promotional tag that could be affixed to their male grooming products for added shelf presence.
The label, which features a bulldog, the brand mascot, and the words “Man’s Best Friend”, is a quirky and innovative way of bringing value to an already popular product.
Lending extra height and room for information, the tag was crafted specially from a bespoke material manufactured in the UK. It has been technically challenging, printed on both sides to maximise space. The tag boasts an ultra glossy finish and is fully waterproof. It has been applied to the product using an ultra-strong adhesive to ensure it doesn’t detach during use.
“Quirky, inventive and aesthetically appealing labels just like this one are a favourite for the Royston team – not simply because they require us to think outside the box, but because they pose a technical challenge that keeps us in a state of constant improvement, where we are always rethinking and refining our processes,” sai a Royston spokesperson. “Here’s hoping we get our hands on another project like this soon.”
