PS9000 Pharmaceutical Quality Standard accreditation also means we are able to produce self adhesive labels for the pharmaceutical industry. The Standard, developed by the Pharmaceutical Quality Group (PQG) of the Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA), aims to provide a widely accepted standard of GMP within the Pharmaceutical packaging supply industry.
The use of spectrometers and densitometers as well as daily calibration of all pre-press equipment ensures consistent colour and exceptional label printing quality time and time again.
Our 100% automatic inspection and quality assurance system is capable of detecting defects in characters, missing labels or text, colour variance and mis-registration. Identification of imperfections allows the efficient removal of any defective labels prior to delivery.
