Royston Labels picked up four awards at the 2011 European Flexographic Industry Association (EFIA), formerly EFTA, annual print awards. The awards were presented at a Gala Dinner held at the Royal Armouries in Leeds on the 30th March. Widely regarded as the highest accolade in the flexographic print industry, the awards, judged by a panel of industry experts, have a stringent criterion against which all labels are judged including printing excellent and execution as well as degree of difficulty.
Royston Labels were awarded the highest accolade in the Line / Screen category, receiving a Gold award for Soap & Glory Scrub Actually. In the Filmic Process category Royston Labels received two awards, a Silver for Superdrug Plum & Red Cherry Body Lotion and a Bronze for Soap & Glory The Clean of England Shower Gel. In the Filmic Line / Screen category Royston Labels were awarded a Silver for Harribo Christmas Mix.
Royston Labels have been winners at the EFTA (European Flexographic Technical Association) Annual Print Awards for the last eight consecutive years, the most recent win following on from their success at the FINAT World Labels Awards at the end of 2010.
Paul Clayton, Managing Director of Royston Labels, on receiving the awards stated “We are delighted that once again our commitment and dedication to producing the very best quality, self adhesive, flexographic labels has been recognised. Ongoing investment into the latest technology, people and systems means we can offer our customers unsurpassed quality on a continual basis”.
